Full payment is due at checkout for the creation of content / intellectual property. There are NO REFUNDS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Upon receipt of first draft, content is will be delivered within 25 Business Days. All hours are billable and based on past projects. Any project uploaded that exceeds seven hours will be billed on an hourly basis.

***Pretty Printing owns all creative rights to any designs completed.  The native files (InDesign file, images, fonts, etc.) are not included in the initial cost.  Should you require the native files, you can request them at an additional cost of $1,000.***
